Overview
I provide experienced programme leadership for organisations delivering complex technology change, including enterprise applications, cloud migration, infrastructure transformation and M&A separation.
I begin by understanding the business outcomes, current delivery position, stakeholder expectations and constraints. Working with your teams, I establish or refine the scope, delivery plan, responsibilities, governance and reporting.
During delivery, I coordinate workstreams and suppliers, manage dependencies and risks, and bring decisions to the right stakeholders with clear options and implications. Readiness includes technical, business and operational requirements, continuing through cutover and handover.
Engagements can provide interim programme leadership, fractional oversight or support for a defined delivery phase. Scope, time commitment, milestones and duration are agreed around your needs.
