I executed a multi-pronged strategy under extreme logistical constraints. I bypassed traditional channels by physically walking into government offices and persuading my way through security to secure critical meetings. I ultimately obtained a clear, official legal stance from an Undersecretary. Concurrently, I conducted granular, on-the-ground product-market research and synthesized all intelligence to present a data-backed case to pivot the entire launch strategy to a new, optimal location.
