The Situation

Wittmann Group mandated the first-ever PSI Penta ERP installation in Turkey — a true greenfield with no local precedent, no reference group, and a workforce that had never operated on a unified enterprise system.

The Task

Serve as Change & IT Harmonisation Lead: design and execute all change management activity from business readiness through go-live stabilisation, while aligning local operations to global standards. Coaching and mentoring local leaders.

The Action / Approach

Conducted full change impact and organisational readiness assessments to surface adoption risks pre-go-live; built stakeholder communication architecture from C-suite down to process owners; designed and delivered resistance management, training, and super-user frameworks; and led post-go-live stabilisation to ensure process embedding — not just system activation.

The Result

First PSI Penta go-live in Turkey delivered successfully. Local operations aligned to global standards. Post-stabilisation engagement by Wittmann confirmed sustained adoption — the same client returned for expanded harmonisation work in 2023–2024, validating the change-led approach.
