The Task

As Head of the Digital PMO, designed and implemented a new product innovation framework based on lean principles.

The Action / Approach

Created a RACI detailing the new model and then translated it into a user-friendly playbook for training and communications; introduced a comprehensive governance model; established consistent and accurate reporting; created and delivered a transition plan; drove adoption of the new framework by championing its principles across SHL and gradually establishing it as the new way of working; created a new set of artefacts and templates for the team to use; and regularly gathered feedback & used insight to drive continuous improvement.

The Result

The new approach allowed the Digital team to prioritise the roadmap based on value, driving ROI improvements and increasing client product usage by up to 20%.
