The Action / Approach
Conducted structured stakeholder interviews with the charity’s leadership and trustees. Mapped the service model and theory of change. Modelled three-year financial scenarios with sensitivity analysis. Drafted the business plan in iterative weekly sprints with the client. Embedded an evidence base on community need, beneficiary numbers, and impact. Quality-assured the document end-to-end before final handover.
The Result
Business plan delivered ONE DAY AHEAD of the agreed schedule. Client described it as “superb and far better than we could have imagined” (Sue, Sunbeams Play). Plan has since been used to support successful funding applications and now anchors trustee-level strategic decision making. Five-star Google review submitted by the client.
