SABIC didn’t have a full-fledged manual where all the knowledge is kept for anyone starting in the company.

The Task

i took the initiative to document my knowledge so it can be modular, movable and available.

The Action / Approach

Collaborated with teams, focused on simplicity and redesigning processes that can fit all departments, reduced siloes, and ensured a ready document for all future trainees.

The Result

a unified document that represents the company knowledge, increased credibility across the business, ensured my key role as a source of valuable training, innovative thinking and connection to business.
