Sales transformation for hospitality staffing platform
The Situation
The CEO needed an interim growth lead to support with a sales transformation in the build-up to peak demand season.
The Task
I was tasked with defining a strategy and working with sales leads to implement it. I was also tasked with building reporting dashboards and processes to ensure KPI tracking and improvement.
