The Situation

Customer had issues with with their Outsourcing Service Provider and the relationship went sour.

Question was how to solved this and how to improve the relationship and the services delivered.

 

The Task

I was asked to analyse the situation in an objective way, based on a Healthcheck methodology, and to advise on the improvements to make on both sides.

The Action / Approach

Based on Interviews and workshops, I analysed the situation in an objective way.
Discussed the findings in a collaborative way and later on developed recommendations on how to improve the relationship and ensure that delivery was improved.

The Result

The result was an approach that was accepted by both the client and the Service Provider. This approach led to improved relationship, and actions for both, which in the end improved the situation, the relationship and the services significantly.
