Evaluated 3rd party solutions , recommend solution design to incorporate a new system stack providing intel on the each solution, benefits, associated costs and project plan to implement. Targeted a incremental approach to prioritise business ask.

  1. Grow Sales – built new eCommerce with POS intgeration for retail store, sync of online sales, stock and store inventory. Implement a digital marketing strategy to grow the brand, increase acquisitions and revenue
  2. In conjunction with the eCommerce platform worked with 3rd party supplier  installing ERP

Project was targeting 6 – 12 months.

 

The Result

YEar 1 with the implelemtation of new eCommerce platform and improved processes online orders, fulfillment etc we increased sales by 20%

By Year 3 the business turnover has shifted to 60/40 split with internet orders takeover from traditional store sales.

Increased business sales from £70k online  to £5.5 M in less than 5 years.
