The Situation

I did a cultural transformation project for an entrepreneurial company with around 1600 employees. They were struggling with employee turnover and induction processes.

The Task

The actions i took were in the areas of cultural diagnosis, debrief sessions with board team, individual advisory with the leader of the organization, generating ideas for improving/transforming culture and implementing them together with middle management, using rapid result sprints. 

The Action / Approach

Worked for about 16 months with board members and management team.

The Result

At the end the client had increased retention levels, developed a new induction and people development system. Change in decision making inside top management team. Redefine strategy, vision and mission. 12 cultural transformation initiatives implemented successfully
