The Situation

Human Resource – Facilitation – to creatively, with meaning for longer term strategy, deliver and use individual assessment results in team setting, focused on acceptance of differences, balance of team strengths,  with growth in positivity for strategic planning in the HR team.

The Task

HR Director requested delivery to full HR Team,  each personal assessment results, for strategy, roles, and improved communication, in a growth oriented team approach.

 

The Action / Approach

Education based facilitation using coaching, creativity and gentle engagement methodologies within the HR group

The Result

Charlotte facilitated the “L… S..” personality and characteristics evaluation for my HR Team at our 2023 HR Strategy getaway session.

We are 11 HR specialists in varying sub disciplines, three of whom recently joined the team, so there are lots of new dynamics in the team as well. I thought it a good idea to utilise the services of an external professional, and therefore I requested Charlotte to assist me in this regard. She presented the information in a logical , yet fun manner which landed well with the entire team.  It’s important for delicate matters such as strengths and weaknesses to be presented with utmost care and in a manner that is non-threatening to the team and result in the harnessing the best of all the personalities on board. The session was well received and was a huge success. It was particularly valuable for me as the leader of this team to better understand how people respond in certain situations.
