Created network strategy/business case (£250m p/a opex savings target); managed vendor/ partner engagement; joint-sponsored launch marketing campaign creation; built phased TOM; created integration plan; and created/led PMO for integration plan initial phases (£36m capex budget).

Succeeded in ensuring all deliverables were produced on time, in full & to budget.
