Created VSAT network in the region to connect 40+ locations with head office (this was the only best option in early 90’s)

Configure and implemented SAP application

Workshop with functional heads and key stakeholders to understand every important function in the FMCG organisation

Aligning hard and soft skills- ensuring all the vendors are aligned to install hardware in regional offices and clearing and forwarding agencies (CFA). Training local workforce on new technologies to ensure they are skilled and no issues when we go live.

Configuring different modules in SAP along with functional heads and implementation partner.

Create training manual for most functions i.e. sales and distribution, finance and controlling, procurement

Train super users and key stakeholders, including functional heads

Moving regional offices from legacy system to SAP on very tight dead lines
