It’s not everyday we get a request for help, but as this client of ours had been let down, we couldn’t resist. One of the prominent members of staff remembered working with us in a previous role, and chose us to help them build a data warehouse in a fortnight.

The client were migrating their main working platform, and as such had a around 150 reports for internal and client use, as well as the need for the data and ETL processes to get it.

We spent a couple of days confirming the data they wanted before moving onto setting up the imports and reporting systems.

A secondary project was added to build an entirely new scoring system from scratch, which was completed using the new data warehouse data and tracing information.

Data Warehouse and associated reports were completed and live in time for the migration from their old system to the new one.
