The Situation
Brought in by Chief Digital Officer for Europe to improve collaboration effectiveness for the senior technical team
The Task
Assess current collaboration toolset, methodologies, and approaches to individual and team effectiveness, identify and implement improvements
The Action / Approach
Through surveys, one-to-one interviews with stakeholders and a series of structured workshops I identified significant opportunities to rationalise the communication toolset for Europe and as it interfaces with the global business. Taking an outcome-first approach, we were able to align this with communication standards and meeting effectiveness best practices to create a holistic change process that enables clarity of focus whilst still sparking innovation.
