Develop and deliver the acquisition and integration communication and stakeholder approach.

The Action / Approach

  • Created and refined a blueprint playbook of narrative, messages, activities, and interventions.
  • Developed plans and materials to engage all stakeholders.
  • Onboarding new colleagues into the business to immerse them in the culture. The approach took account of how connected they would be with the new business in their everyday working and how their existing culture aligned with the client. This created an authentic journey that matched what they experienced in reality and took advantage of key milestones.

  • The business was able to bring new teams together quickly and we used tested activity to deliver this faster and faster
