The Action / Approach

  • Used qualitative and quantitative research to get under the skin of what they were trying to do and create in the company to find ways of tapping into the ‘real’ culture; so that we could set about the job of changing it for the better.
  • Created a programme of strategic communications and engagement activity to drive business results – including events, content, leader activity, and interactive colleague activity.
  • Recommended changes to reignite the culture so that people felt safe, involved and clear.
  • Redefined the business purpose and created ways to share this with people, so they wanted to embrace and drive change – this was vital as we transformed the business.
  • Ran the right events, content, and activities that have really connected the Exec to their people in a genuine high quality delivery way.

The Result

  • Colleague engagement improved and activity feedback was 87%+ positive.
  • Colleagues made suggested improvements and proactively engaged with leaders with suggestions.
  • Recommendation and endorsement from CEO and Exec team.
