Communicating for business reintegration - Banking
The Situation
The business needed to reintegrate with the parent company, having started a journey to divestment.
The Task
Develop a communication strategy and deliver all plans, activity, Exec coaching and material for the HR workstream.
The Action / Approach
- Created the strategy and delivered the plan for the HR narrative and all elements of reward, including the first cycle of flexible benefits and change to tax; pay restructure, and pension auto-enrolment.
- Delivered the approach, narrative, and plan for consultation and the reintegration of every aspect of HR – including reintegrating the main Oracle system and 400+ downstream systems.
The Result
- 89% of colleagues had taken action in the initial required time frame
- Remaining 11% took action following targeted communications and intervention.
- Leaders were equipped to tailor the messages to their own function.
