Rebranded Infrastructure business and Rebuilt front end Lead generation
The Situation
The business had severely declining sales, 8 businesses and 5 brands. It was basically a turnaround and the CEO brought me in to sort out the front end performance of the business
The Task
Condense the 8 companies and 5 Brands into one company. Implement processes for the front-end of the business. Install a visible on-line lead tracking, estimating and order system. Increase the lead generation and conversion of the business to stop declining sales and turnaround the business.
The Action / Approach
Moved 8 companies into one operating business, Rebranded under one entity as an evolution process. Defined best practice ways of working with the existing people to get buy in. Chose, configured and implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Increased the lead pipeline from £60 M to £100 M. Managed the BD team for 6 months.
The Result
Lead pipeline increased from £60 M to £120 M over 6 months. Stopped declining sales. Built up increased order book. Installed visible, real time system for leads through to estimates and orders.
