IT Operations Improvement
The Situation
New IT Solutions Director needed to streamline way of working with a challenging workforce in transition.
The Task
My challenge was to use UCD methodology to produce a new way of working for BSI to improve on it’s IT Solutions delivery process.
The Action / Approach
Using User Centred Design tools including workshops, interviews, combining Quant and Qual research with team and individuals I produced a new way of working that worked for all and everyone involved in the changes to a new way of working.
The Result
Reduction in contractors use. Increase in perm staff. Better way of working end to end from Demand to Delivery. Happier staff and better solutions.
