A Jisc programme being delivered with an external delivery partner was forecast to run 100% over budget and 100% over time.

Take over the programme and bring it back under control.

I ran a full-day workshop which agreed a design, build and release process between the internal and partner developers. I then trimmed the scope for the initial launch to the must-have and should-have functionality, removing everything else.

The programme was delivered on time and under budget, against a forecast overrun of 100% on both.
