I was tasked with leading the implementation of an enterprise-wide solution to improve control visibility and strengthen risk management.

I directed the implementation of an Appian-based application used by over 200 stakeholders.
This included defining requirements, overseeing design and testing, and aligning business and technology teams.

I also led stakeholder engagement and training, ensuring adoption across senior leadership and operational teams.

The solution enabled early detection of control gaps, improved risk transparency, and strengthened management oversight—helping prevent potential regulatory and reputational issues.
