Known for her ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable strategies, Nikki has spent over 25 years helping organisations and founders turn vision into reality.

Her early career includes being part of the pioneering team that launched and scaled Orange with rapid growth to 8 million customers in just five years.

She later co founded and built the world’s first truly independent mobile payment service—taking it from a blank sheet of paper to a fully operational, market ready platform.

Nikki has worked with Enterprise Arm of the UK Department of Trade and Industry to train more than 320 entrepreneurs, equipping them with the skills, confidence, and commercial insight needed to build sustainable businesses.

Her current consultancy work is complemented by her roles in regional business leadership, partnership development, and community impact. She is recognised and has received awards for her ability to build strong ecosystems, forge meaningful collaborations, and drive positive change across the Thames Valley and beyond through her 10+ years  position of Thames Valley Chair for the Federation of Small Businesses.
