The Situation
At EBRD, the firm’s master client data system was fragmented, leading to duplication, inefficiencies, and operational risk across multiple teams.
The Task
I was responsible for leading the end-to-end redesign of the client data system to improve efficiency, strengthen governance, and support future digital transformation.
The Action / Approach
I began by facilitating cross-functional workshops with stakeholders across IT, Risk, and Operations to identify root causes and define requirements.
I translated those requirements into structured user stories and a target operating model.
I also implemented structured frameworks like ADKAR and RACI to ensure clear ownership, stakeholder alignment, and controlled delivery. Throughout the program, I chaired steering committees to maintain executive alignment and decision-making momentum.
The Result
The redesign improved operational efficiency by 50%, significantly reduced data redundancy, and created a scalable foundation for future digital initiatives.
