The Situation

Growing exponentially, the business was not fulfilling its actual potential (and client demand) due to employee churn and productivity problems. I was called in to explore ways of unlocking the problem.

The Task

I used my intial time gaining valuable insight about the business, the exopectations, its operating model and then underwent a quantitive survey and a series of quality structured interviews to present back to the CEO and founders a problem stemming from culture, people propositions and legacy artefacts.

The Action / Approach

The report and subsequent discussion with the operating board revieved some feedback on issues relating to how they attracted and fulfilled their talent pipeline, helpoing to go to market for a HR and Recruitment system of choice.

A broader series of recommendations resulted in improved culture, greater productivity and increased agility within the business.
