The Situation

My many hundreds of clients over the years have truly benefited from my incisive and searching coaching. Changing the way they led and managed their teams by addressing some of their own shortcomings and blockers. This included things like impostor syndrome, a lack of self-confidence and esteem and generally believing that they are not good enough for the task in hand. As a result, they did not give of their best and nor did they realise their full potential.

The Task

To deliver executive coaching to C-suite and senior executives, ensuring all clients working with me leave with far greater business focus and positivity.

The Action / Approach

Using my sharp perception and intuition, founded on strong values and judgement, I have coached a vast array of clients, ranging from graduates, to senior directors within the corporate world.

Although it’s not always easy to recognise the tangible results of coaching (the impact on the bottom line, revenue and growth) there was no question that those people who had been coached by me were more effective operators in their chosen fields and disciplines, better leaders and also more confident and more effective in how they went about their work.
