The Situation

Following internal and external research our Investment Management client was refreshing its brand to act as a business driver and catalyst for change.

The Task

Engage over 800 employees in the refreshed Investment Management brands, ensuring they have the confidence to fully represent the brand externally and understand their role in helping to deliver the brand promise and build the firm’s reputation.

The Action / Approach

  • Developed a global brand embedding rollout programme
  • Co-designed brand embedding content and facilitator support materials
  • Recruited and trained 25 global brand ambassadors to deliver local workshops
  • Facilitated brand embedding workshops in India, Hong Kong and London

The Result

At the end of the workshops employees were clearer about the organisations vision, what differentiated them, and understood what they needed to do to deliver their brand (positive shift from 3 ‘neither agree or disagree’ to 5 ‘strongly agree’)
