Enabling a global Payments Fintech to scale its transaction volumes
The Situation
The client is looking to increase its clients’ global payment volumes very rapidly.
The Task
I set-up a programme to enable clusters of its clients to link together easily, enabling remittances between continents. I worked with the product managers and project managers to standardise the firm’s new processes and client interfaces.
The Action / Approach
I set-up a standard project approach for the firm’s Project Managers. Working with the firm’s account managers and internal lawyers I also implemented detailed Management Information and a legal framework for the changes for clients ranging from tier-one banks to Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
The Result
My work gave the relationship managers and project managers of this firm, on five continents, the tools and coaching to enable their clients to more easily transact with each other worldwide.
