The Situation

BT approached InnovationScouts.tech looking for help in discovering outstanding British startups and technology innovators to help create a wow-factor consumer experience, with a focus on Augmented Reality (AR).

The Task

BT needed a partner that had strong technical knowledge, a broad range of contacts, and a clear understanding of the benefits of great partnerships. They needed a small team that they could trust with a highly confidential campaign, and that could objectively identify innovative solutions that would be right for their brand. Given the tight timescales, BT needed an agile partner that could respond and deliver in a short timescale.

The Action / Approach

InnovationScouts.tech conducted thorough research of capabilities in the market, and then confidentially approached the UK startups with the closest fit to BT’s brief. We collaboratively workshopped ideas and determined the viability of delivering a compelling experience in the timeline required.

The Result

Within four weeks of the project kick off, InnovationScouts.tech delivered a shortlist of three strong and viable options for BT to take to commercial execution.
