I was responsible for managing multiple regulatory change initiatives to ensure compliance while maintaining business continuity.

I developed end-to-end delivery roadmaps using Agile methodologies, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
I led integration with the Fixed Income Clearing Corporation (FICC) and managed delivery of 81 intra-group agreements using digital workflows.

I also coordinated cross-functional teams across regions to ensure alignment and timely execution.

All initiatives were delivered in line with regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and enabling continued participation in critical market infrastructure.
