The client had an ambition to transform the future of its tax practice and the services it provides.

The assignment for Blue Banner was to lead the programme to launch a new digital ventures business.

Working with the senior leadership team Blue Banner created a vision and goals for the new business, led a team of experts in the design of a future operating model and a shift to a growth mindset, then built and connected a network of new capabilities across the firm to sense, experiment, incubate and scale new ideas and concepts.

The outcome was the creation of a new business comprising of six new capabilities and a team of digital and innovation experts within the practice and across wider firm that was capable of achieving the ambitious goals.
