Build an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) for a Fintech in the Deposit market
The Situation
The aim of this successful German fintech is to scale its third party lending transaction volume without having proportional increases in costs.
The Task
My work included the management of technology and service partners and a Systems Integration partner in Poland. The platform integrates with banks’ Faster Payments mechanisms via PISPs (Payment Initiating Service Providers) and account holding entities using RESTful APIs.
The Action / Approach
I worked with a very small team to design the operating model. We then built and to build a new white label Open Banking platform from scratch using agile methods in 6 months.
The Result
The firm to entered the UK market by the end of 2018.
