This HiveExec CIOAdvisor OnRamp Package is for HiveMind Delivery Experts who, following successful completion of the HiveExec OnRamp Pre-requisite Program, understand at a high level what is required to succeed with portfolio, exec-level advisory and the HiveExec service. Primarily you are committing to;
- Learn all about the HiveExec service, why it’s valuable for clients and how to position it to them
- Join a 1 hour group clinic video call each week for 6 weeks to progress as part of a supportive group through the OnRamp program
- Approach your own pre-selected contacts and network to share and promote your new service offerings
- Work through the weekly agreed activities to build your confidence in and understanding of the service offering, (likely 90 mins a week in addition to the group calls)
- Sharing your successes and failures from our agreed activities with the group each week
- Support in the nurturing and progression of centrally presented sales opportunities, (leads) for this service
In return for your effort, commitment and time, we’ll give you all of the support, materials and insight you need to be able to build your sales pipeline and client portfolio with HiveExec and deliver services to clients. Please only enrol in this program if you are committed to complete it – it is a 6 week program, requiring approx. 2-3 hours/week of your time. We provide significant support and can only do so for those who are committed to go the distance.
