Spotlight has a vision to become ‘the’ platform where the global casting industry finds the best performers to fill stages and screens, in every part of the world. To deliver the vision Spotlight has a strategy that includes International expansion.
The task was to advise on the International expansion strategy and plan the design and implementation of an International operating model to deliver the strategy. Working with the executive team we proposed and assessed expansion strategy, digital platforms and operating model options.
We created a cross-functional working group of product, technology, operational, marketing and finance experts, developed an outline plan with a timeline that allowed experts to work collaboratively on activities towards key milestones and an International launch, evaluated technology partnership and in-house capabilities to build an International platform, developed in-country operational partnerships and delivery model.
The project set the International goals and targets, created the go-to-market proposition and business roadmap, developed the product and technology strategy and operating model for service launch and replication in future international territories.
