IT Services business (Optimity) and its client (Here East) were in dispute about a new project to provide the network infrastructure and connectivity the Olympic Park for Here East and Plexal. They could not agree the design, contracted terms and penalties for a multi million pound work programme.

Resolve the issues and close the contract.

Worked with the COO of Here East to develop a design and framework agreement for project and services delivery that met the requirements of both parties and included sell through of services to tenants and joint marketing.

The contact was agreed and was also asked to run the programme to deliver the work which completed on schedule and budget.
