Services Agreement Dispute
The Situation
Managed Service Provider was in dispute with Client over poor delivery of services and at risk of contract breach and termination for a contract valued at £1M per annum.
The Task
To work with both parties to address the issues and to also resolve margin issues win the contract as it was making a loss of around £250K per annum.
The Action / Approach
Formed a working party comprised of the client (Bibby) COO and the MSP (Selection Services) to encourage a frank and open disclosure of issues and remedies. Re-built the contract and service level agreement to correct legacy issues and to confirm a longer term agreement.
The Result
The new contract value was raised to £1.5M which generated an additional £250K profit and therefore a correction of £500K on the original contract value.
