My primary responsibilities revolved around establishing a best-in-class product management process and improving the seller experience on the online marketplace on both web and mobile app.

I defined user personas and user journeys, leveraging this insight to create a comprehensive 6-month roadmap. Additionally, I oversaw product updates, crafted compelling business cases and user stories, and conducted extensive user research to inform our strategy.

Notably, I led the development of a game-changing auto-sale feature on the web, resulting in a 25% increase in sales, and orchestrated the redesign of the KLEKT mobile app, elevating its app store rating from 4 to 4.5 stars. My contributions significantly enhanced the platform’s user experience and established a clear product direction aligned with business goals.
