Senior management is invited first to explain the company vision and objectives, clarifying the long-term ideals and the proposed approach to achieving them.

Through a series of confidential and informed interviews, team members are invited to share their jobs, their passions, their interests and their frustrations.

The information is consolidated, filtered and structured to ensure that personal issues are eliminated and common issues are prioritised.  These are analysed to determine the separation between causes and effects, facts and perceptions.  Main issues are restructured in accordance with the official company vision and mission statements.

Possible / potential approaches are proposed and discussed with the senior management team before being presented.

A presentation is made to all participants, by the consultant and the management team to all participants and (possibly) others showing what are the main concerns and what could/should/will be done to resolve these.

Volunteers are asked to facilitate or lead various transformation exercises.

On average, the exercise takes 1 week, depending on the size of the organisation.  This includes 5 hours for the management team (introduction, interview, preliminary solution brainstorm and final presentation), and approximately 2 hours for the employees concerned (introduction, interview, final presentation)
