Service Summary

Automated Release Management Governance

Typical Benefits

One of the biggest pain points in regulated organisations is governance, risk and compliance (GRC) of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Typically GRC is applied using numerous controls, all of which need to be addressed using a massive paper trail of documentation and other artefacts. This is zero/ low value activity and has a significant impact on prevent software releases within a day.

From an Internal Audit/ Risk perspective, conducting audits are laborious and time consuming. If there are large numbers of releases, assuring controls can have a high cost overhead.

My solution and service is to help such organisations by architecting and overseeing the implementation of a Continuous Governance Platform.
