Stewart specialises in training and mediation, creating agreement and empowerment in the most challenging circumstances. He focuses on helping organizations create cultures of agreement and resolution, preventing conflict and addressing communication challenges efficiently, saving the costs of conflict. Stewart began his career as a lawyer, serving as a New Jersey Deputy Attorney General and has also worked as managing partner in a US based law firm.

Stewart was a law and Humanities Fellow at Temple University Law School and taught at Temple Law School. He became a marketing executive at AT&T where he was responsible for major national law firms. At AT&T he was awarded a distinguished "Intrapreneurial" award. He delivered over 500 seminars for Career Track and Fred Pryor Seminars on a variety of management subjects. Stewart currently teaches "Managing By Agreement" programs nationally to many Fortune 500 companies. He recently introduced "ResolutionWorksOnline."
Levine is the author of "Getting to Resolution: Turning Conflict into Collaboration.” It was an Executive Book Club Selection, Featured by Executive Book Summaries, named one of the 30 Best Business Books of1998, and called “a marvelous book” by Dr. Stephen Covey. It has been translated into Russian, Hebrew and Portuguese. He also wrote “The Book of Agreement” which has been called “more practical” than the classic “Getting to Yes” and named one of the best books of 2003 by CEO Refresher (www.Refresher.com)
