Sheetal is currently working as an Independent Consultant in Gurgaon, India in delivering bespoke customer experience & digital transformation strategy consulting to diverse enterprise clients. He is also mentoring startups in defining business strategy, product UI/UX design & customer experience. He is the India Ambassador for Hedera Hashgraph (Blockchain startup) & also a Mentor of Change under Atal Innovation Mission programme by Niti Aayog, Government of India.

He was previously working as Change & Transformation Manager at Webhelp UK, where he led digital transformation & process improvement projects for Fortune 500 clients & internal organization. He possesses a vast experience of working with globally diverse enterprise clients & cross cultural teams based in US, UK, EMEA & APAC. His core skills are program management, digital transformation, customer experience, culture change management, strategy consulting & advisory.

He had been associated with his family business of F&B product manufacturing and had also raised an IT startup in education technology as a partner in the past. He had also worked in various industries like BPO/ITES, E-Commerce, Software, FMCG, Retail, Telecom & Manufacturing. He has led similar roles in the past with world renowned companies including Orange Business Services, HCL Technologies Limited & KLG Systel.

He likes researching on new innovations, meeting people from diverse geographies, visiting human library & playing basketball/chess. In his personal time, he is also practices being a life coach.
