About Sally

The question I'm known to ask is ‘why do you do what you do and why should anyone want to listen to that?’ Because if leaders can’t articulate their ‘why’ then why should anyone working with them want to listen and play their part in the organisation! It’s on this premise that I have built my career as a passionate people person. I've worked extensively with leadership teams and managers to help them find their ‘why’ for both their business and, importantly, their people - and to look at how this can translate into the ‘what’, the ‘how’ and the ‘when’ of any change programme, ensuring the values of the organisation are intrinsically linked. But in today’s culture led working environment sometimes it’s just not that easy - this is where I know I can help!

Over 30 years and across a breadth of industries and organisations both small, medium and large I've translated complex situations into practical and workable solutions by working with and listening to my audience at all levels.
