- Created weekly dashboards for Exco and regional managers during university freshers’ week period which lead to exco making promotional marketing decisions on gym sites. - Created a project governance controls framework in order to ensure that the project was completed on time and to the agreed budget. This was achieved by creating clear project plans, timescales, milestones and owners to manage and track the project performance and mitigate risks. - Created new dynamic Summary Finance which included P&L, multisite gym performance, cashflow forecast and BS allowing the Exco and Board to have clear insight into the monthly performance of the organisation and could be refreshed almost instantaneously. - Worked with 3rd party Business Intelligence architect team to ensure data readiness ahead of system migrations into the SSRS data warehouse. - Owned and created new COA and Cost Centres to align new business structure. - Created test scripts and evaluated the data quality in the data warehouse, highlighting any defects and reporting this back to the data analyst team. - Lead workshops to train the finance team to use new BI tool. - Built weekly operational trading call dashboard pack for the Exco team which gave the management clear insight into multi-site gym performance.
