About

Iqbal is a Programme and Project Manager with 20+ years of experience delivering business/IT transformation, change and improvements across diverse corporate, commercial and public sectors as well as the delivery of a variety of IT applications, software development and infrastructure solutions.

Iqbal began his career in IT technical services before moving into managing IT programmes and projects and then onto business/IT transformation and change. Thus, he is equally comfortable and knowledgeable working with business or IT teams leveraging a positive ‘can-do’ approach to identifying opportunities and designing solutions to realise tangible improvement across functions and processes.

* In line with cuts across the public sector London Metropolitan University were receiving fewer funds from central resources &, as a result, had to locate additional income as well as reduce current costs to continue to deliver quality services to their customers
* The challenge was to investigate how AI solutions could automate current processes & operations to enable improved business processes, make better use of current solutions & resources, & identify cost savings leading to an improved service delivery model with increased opportunities for future sales

* In line with their acquisition & growth strategy Ricoh Europe acquired the ADA-Das organisation & its assets based in Germany
* The challenge was to work with the acquired company & the various Ricoh Europe organisations to migrate front-end & back-end processes, services & solutions into the Ricoh Europe business & IT environments
* This was the 1st SAP system to be hosted & managed by Ricoh Europe

* Manage the delivery of front-end business & IT services into Ricoh Germany
* Manage the migration & virtualisation of a back-end large complex SAP system (5 systems, 55 servers) from Germany to centralised data centres based in the UK
* Integrate acquired company into Ricoh business, IT & change processes
