Position Type:  Interim, Part-Time

Reports To: Commercial Director, Ben Dickie

Work Arrangement/Location: Remote

Proposed Start Date: January 2025

Contract Duration: Initial 12-month term

Project Overview
At HiveMind, we help businesses unlock their full potential by providing high-performance strategies and innovative solutions.

HiveMind’s High Performance Business (HPB) methodology integrates four essential components designed to help organisations achieve peak performance. This approach offers two distinct customer journeys:

  • On-Demand – A self-guided experience where customers access our ecosystems and receive regular updates. Customers “pay to play” by engaging with experts, content and resources at their own pace.

  • Transformation as a Service – Tailored to different needs, this model offers two distinct tracks: one designed for new leaders, providing a more personalized and intimate experience, and another focused on driving organisational or team-level transformation.

When customers engage with our new as a service model, they gain access to a dedicated coach who will be able to assess the current position and challenges as well as guide organisations through their journey. This coach will ideally stay with the customer throughout the subscription period, ensuring they maximize the value of the partnership with HiveMind, leverage our ecosystem, core motions, and events included in their plan.

As a HPB Coach, your role is vital to the success of the service and will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, subscription renewals, and overall program growth.

Role Description

Once assigned to an account, the Coach will be responsible for the following tasks and activities:

  • Execution of Core Motions: Lead the delivery of key subscription elements, including but not limited to Compass, On-Demand Time Planning, Anchors & Engines, Visioning, and Customer Team Onboarding.

  • On-Demand Time Plan Management: Maintain and manage the On-Demand Time Plan, ensuring the allocated time within the subscription is used effectively and strategically.

  • Activity Orchestration: Orchestrate and drive all activities within the On-Demand Time Plan to successful outcomes, aligning with the customer’s goals and milestones.

  • Customer Satisfaction & Reporting: Conduct regular check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction, track progress, and complete any required documentation or reports for the customer.

  • Progress Tracking: Ensure customers are progressing with their Compass scores and that their targets and quarterly goals are being met in alignment with the subscription plan.

  • Program and Event Utilization: Encourage and support customers in leveraging all relevant programs and events (such as the EBP) available within their subscription.

Qualifications/Experience:
The ideal candidate for the subscription programs will be a senior-level professional with a broad and deep skill set. These individuals should bring a diverse range of experiences in leadership, innovation, technology, and change. The following criteria outline the key qualifications for selection:

  • Proven experience in cross-functional leadership, motivating teams, and driving purpose within IT departments.

  • Extensive experience in one or more of the core areas of the HPIT Compass, supported by a strong portfolio of practical examples and success stories.

  • A solid academic background with relevant qualifications and certifications from recognized institutions.

  • Ability to provide clarity and direction in areas of ambiguity or “white space,” turning uncertainty into actionable plans.

  • Hands-on ability to facilitate key coaching playbooks and drive tangible outcomes at various levels within customer organisations.

  • Strong presence and gravitas to introduce new ideas and concepts to executive teams, securing their support and buy-in.

  • Extensive experience in coaching, consulting, or customer success, ideally in subscription-based models.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple customers, timelines, and projects while delivering high-quality service.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong skills in managing customer progress and tracking key outcomes.

  • Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure customer success.
