This is a cornerstone of High Performance IT organisations success and we are seeking dynamic, knowledgeable experts to lead these Executive Briefings, showcasing their thought leadership to senior executives in our network and the wider market. This is a unique platform to:

Role Description

As an Executive Briefing Speaker, you will be expected to deliver impactful presentations on the following core areas:

1. Scalable, Distributed Infrastructure

   • Demonstrating how to scale infrastructure effectively across global regions to meet business demands.

   • Exploring the use of distributed computing resources to enhance performance and capacity.

   • Highlighting the adaptability of infrastructure to changing business needs and environments.

   • Sharing insights on optimising resource allocation and managing infrastructure efficiency.

      

2. Operational Resilience & Reliability

   • Discussing proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies to ensure system reliability.

   • Showcasing redundancy and failover mechanisms that maintain service availability during disruptions.

   • Sharing best practices for achieving optimal system uptime and ensuring consistent reliability.

   • Detailing disaster recovery strategies and business continuity planning to safeguard critical operations.

      

3. ITSM Excellence

   • Providing a comprehensive overview of modern service management frameworks and methodologies.

   • Sharing insights on automating service requests, incident handling, and routine operational tasks.

   • Promoting continuous improvement in service delivery, with a focus on enhancing internal customer experiences.

   • Discussing how to integrate IT service management seamlessly with IT operations to ensure proactive, efficient service delivery.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Proven track record as speaker/presenter in Mid-Large sized organisations

• Can share a video/webinar with evidence of speaking to an audience of 50+

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to build rapport and trust with a professional audience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ideally has products and or services related to the topic or can provide on demand expertise to support any follow up engagements.
