Role Description

As an Executive Briefing Speaker, you will be expected to deliver impactful presentations on the following core areas:

Data Management

  • Deliver thought-provoking talks on data governance policies and their importance in maintaining data integrity, security, and compliance within the organisation.

  • Present strategies for creating centralized, accessible data repositories that streamline decision-making and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

  • Discuss best practices in data quality management and validation, ensuring that data is accurate, reliable, and actionable for strategic purposes.

  • Explain how organisations can remain compliant with data regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA) and navigate the evolving landscape of data privacy and security laws.

Data Architecture

  • Provide insights on the role of well-defined data architecture in supporting business goals and driving digital transformation.

  • Explore how to achieve effective integration of data from multiple sources, ensuring data flow and accessibility across various systems.

  • Discuss the importance of building scalable and flexible data architectures that can evolve with the business as it grows and adapts to new technologies.

  • Illustrate how data architecture must align with overall technology strategy to ensure consistency and support future innovation.

Business Intelligence & Insight

  • Lead discussions on the power of advanced data analytics and business intelligence in uncovering actionable insights and driving competitive advantage.

  • Advocate for the proactive use of data insights in decision-making processes, helping executives leverage analytics to inform strategic planning and operational efficiency.

  • Highlight the importance of providing real-time access to actionable insights and how data can be turned into a valuable asset for organisational agility.

  • Demonstrate how data-driven insights should be integrated into the business’s strategic planning to optimize outcomes and guide long-term goals.

AI Readiness

  • Present strategies for investing in AI technologies and preparing the organisation to leverage AI capabilities for innovation and process improvement.

  • Showcase how AI technologies can be integrated into business processes, improving efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.

  • Share practical approaches to managing AI-driven projects, from planning through implementation, ensuring AI initiatives deliver business value.

  • Discuss the importance of governance frameworks for ethical AI use, emphasizing transparency, accountability, and fairness in AI systems.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proven track record as speaker/presenter in Mid-Large sized organisations

  • Can share a video/webinar with evidence of speaking to an audience of 50+

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to build rapport and trust with a professional audience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ideally has products and or services related to the topic or can provide on demand expertise to support any follow up engagements.
