Work Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 12 months

As we step into an exciting new year, HiveMind Network is focused on creating exceptional opportunities for our expert community and delivering world class experiences for our clients.

One of the significant investments we’re making in 2025 is in our new Executive Briefing Program, designed to amplify the voices and expertise of our network while delivering high-value insights to C-Suite leaders across diverse markets.

Our initial focus is on six critical capability areas of High Performance IT and the key challenges and opportunities for today’s enterprises.

This is a cornerstone of High Performance IT organisations success and we are seeking dynamic, knowledgeable experts to lead these Executive Briefings, showcasing their thought leadership to senior executives in our network and the wider market. This is a unique platform to:

Role Description

As an Executive Briefing Speaker, you will be expected to deliver impactful presentations on the following core areas:

1. Vision

  • Ability to clearly articulate a compelling vision for long-term business goals.

  • Expertise in aligning technology initiatives with broader business strategy.

  • Proven success in gaining leadership buy-in for strategic initiatives.

  • Skilled at refining the vision based on emerging market trends and insights.

2. Strategy

  • Experience in aligning technology solutions with business objectives to drive organizational success.

  • Ability to develop actionable execution plans for strategic initiatives.

  • Strong track record of fostering cross-departmental collaboration to achieve strategic goals.

  • Adaptability to shift strategies in response to evolving market conditions.

3. Business Engagement & Integration

  • Proven ability to foster collaboration between business and technology teams to make key decisions.

  • Expertise in integrating technology into business planning to align with key outcomes.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective communication across stakeholders.

  • In-depth understanding of how technology solutions drive business impact.

4. Investment Governance & Optimisation

  • Knowledge of developing governance frameworks for technology investments.

  • Experience in ensuring technology investments align with business objectives.

  • Ability to conduct performance reviews and assess technology ROI for optimisation.

5. Effective Change Management

  • Experience in leading structured change management processes.

  • Proven ability to gain leadership support for transformation initiatives.

  • Strong communication skills to keep teams informed and engaged during periods of change.

  • Ability to engage employees and secure buy-in for change initiatives.

  • Proactive in identifying and mitigating resistance to change.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a speaker or presenter within mid-to-large organizations.

  • Ability to provide evidence of speaking to audiences of 50+ (e.g., video recordings, webinars, podcasts).

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with a professional audience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ideally, experience with products/services related to strategy and business transformation or the ability to offer on-demand expertise for follow-up engagements.
