HiveMind Network Member Agreement

By accessing or using our website and platform, you agree to abide by the principles and guidelines outlined in this Member Agreement. As a member, you agree to:

Engage in fair, transparent, and honest business practices.
Contribute positively to the HiveMind community.
Respect confidentiality and data privacy laws.

Failure to adhere to these standards may result in suspension or termination of membership.

2. Community Guidelines

HiveMind is built on collaboration and mutual respect. To maintain our high standards, members must:

Operate with honesty, accountability, and professionalism.
Provide only services within their realm of expertise.
Avoid conflicts of interest that compromise integrity.

b. Mutual Respect & Fair Conduct

Foster a culture of fairness, transparency, and inclusivity.
Engage in constructive communication and feedback.
Avoid discrimination, harassment, or any unethical behavior.

c. Recognition & Fair Reward

Value the contributions of fellow practitioners.
Engage in fair compensation practices.
Honor commitments made within the HiveMind network.

d. Selective Growth

Support the inclusion of high-caliber professionals.
Refer only trusted, qualified individuals to HiveMind.
Maintain the reputation and quality of our network.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Members agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any non-public information obtained through HiveMind. This includes, but is not limited to, client details, business strategies, proprietary methodologies, and internal communications. Unauthorized disclosure may result in termination of membership and potential legal action.

4. Non-Solicitation & Fair Competition

Members shall not directly or indirectly solicit HiveMind clients, fellow members, or staff for competing services outside the HiveMind network, unless explicitly permitted in writing by HiveMind. Any breach of this provision may result in immediate termination of membership and potential legal action.

5. Client & Business Relationships

HiveMind prioritizes trust and excellence in client engagements. Members are expected to:

Communicate openly, honestly, and professionally with clients.
Deliver services that align with HiveMind’s high standards.
Avoid misrepresentation or misleading claims.
Handle client information with the highest level of confidentiality.

All business conducted within the HiveMind network must adhere to these principles to ensure long-term, high-trust partnerships.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

HiveMind operates as a network connecting independent practitioners and does not assume liability for the actions, services, or commitments made by individual members. Each member is solely responsible for their professional conduct, contractual obligations, and any liabilities arising from their work.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between HiveMind and a member, or between members, all parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through mediation or arbitration before resorting to legal proceedings, in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

8. Membership Termination & Code of Conduct Violations

HiveMind reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at its sole discretion. Such decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

9. Brand Alignment & Representation

HiveMind is more than a platform; it’s a mark of quality and innovation. Members must:

Represent the HiveMind brand in a professional and ethical manner.
Ensure any use of HiveMind’s name or logo is done with permission and reflects our core values.
Avoid activities that could damage HiveMind’s reputation.

10. Compliance & Legal Obligations

Members must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and HiveMind policies. This includes:

Respecting intellectual property rights.
Adhering to data protection and privacy laws.
Avoiding fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities.

Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate removal from the HiveMind network and potential legal action.

11. Use of HiveMind Resources & Intellectual Property

HiveMind provides exclusive resources, templates, and course materials to support the success of its members. To protect the integrity of our content and ensure fair use:

Members may use HiveMind resources, templates, and course materials for personal development and client engagements within the HiveMind network.
Members may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose HiveMind resources, templates, or course materials to create competing groups, courses, or businesses without explicit written consent.
Any misuse of HiveMind’s intellectual property, including selling or repackaging content for personal gain outside of the HiveMind network, is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of membership and legal action.

12. Sales Collateral & Brand Representation

To maintain brand consistency and quality:

Members are encouraged to use HiveMind-approved sales materials to represent their work within the network.
Any independently created sales collateral that references HiveMind must be accurate, professional, and aligned with HiveMind’s values.
HiveMind reserves the right to review and request modifications to sales materials that reference its brand, ensuring they meet quality standards without restricting members’ ability to market their expertise.

13. Agreement Confirmation

By using HiveMind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these guidelines. Your continued participation signifies your commitment to upholding the values and standards that make HiveMind a leading global network.
