Dave Clark has pulled together a new group called Consulting & Delivery Services Group (CDSG) that will result in a reorganization around Practice Groups and Communities of Excellence. These new structures will help members can more easily align their expertise with others in their disciplines, and act as a focal point for driving new business.
Practice Champions lead the practices. They will support the Communities of Excellence and ultimately help develop compelling services to meet the needs of our clients. You can find out more about Practice Groups in the HiveMind announcement stored in our Wiki.
This session follows two previous webinars where we introduced the Practice Groups. This session will offer an update on progress, discuss how to align with practice groups, and our roadmap for the next several quarters.
For those of you who did not attend the previous sessions, you will have the opportunity to meet the practice leaders, better understand the approach, and ask questions.
